It's the end of the road...

Hi Ladies….

It is with much regret that I write this post……

Unfortunately the time has come where, with only a handful of ladies still
participating, The Chocolate Crow Trader appears that it may have run it’s natural course…

Numbers have been steadily dwindling over the past 12-18 months, which is totally understandable in the current economic/retail environment. Many girls have left due to the need to return to full time work /increasing family/work commitments. Due to the downturn in retail since the GFC …sales are also fewer than they were earlier on, which also has a downward effect with members .

All of these situations are totally out of my control and I see no “quick fix” until things settle down financially.

This has lead me to make the decision (that truthfully I have been
putting off for quite some time)…..and in this regard I am afraid to say that that the April Issue will be the the last for TCCT for the time being.

I am sincerely sorry for this, however I am certain that you will all
agree that TCCT would seem to have experienced it’s “Hey Day” and it is time for it to
bow out gracefully, as it so justfully deserves, ….as I am sure Bev (it’s original founder) would also want.

Who knows…when things pick up again I may resurrect it but for the time being it is the end of the road for now.

We at the Choccy Crow Trader would like to thank all of you for your support over the past 6 or so years. I will hang onto the mailout list and should we reinstate it…y’all will be the first to know.

Hello one and all…..

The Chocolate Crow Trader October Issue is now up and running and there are lots of goodies up for grabs.

It’s up a day early this month as I had my day off from work today and, as I am working tomorrow (15th), would not be able to
work on it or pop it over then.

Unfortunately this month sees a few of our girls on vacation due to recent school holidays and other commitments,
however most will be returning for our Bumper Christmas Edition next month!

The November Edition of the Chocolate Crow Trader (our Bumper Christmas Edition) has just been rolled over.

Before I go on I firstly would like to apologise for the lateness of this month's issue, however, I have been without internet or email access for the past week, therefore wAS unable to put the work in to get the issue up and running by the 15th.

Our problem was fixed by our provider lunchtime yesterday and I have been working non-stop to get the issue out as soon as I could possibly manage it.

This issue sees our pages filled till bursting with fabulous handmade Christmas offerings, together with some general themed items, from the talented girls!

Choose from Santas , Snowmen, trees , ornies, quilts, handpainted goodies.....along with the usual mix of crows, prim dolls and much much more.
